Postgraduate Studies
Well, the truth is that I haven't thought about
this much yet, but I am very interested to continue studying after university. So
in the hypothetical case to expand knowledge and for the curriculum of
anthropological studies, I would like to do a postgraduate study as a Master in
Sociocultural Anthropology, this would be at University of Chile in FACSO, and
watching the program I'm quite interested in what is related to Sociocultural Theories
of modernity and Public Problems. And this all sounds great, but I think time
would be a big problem, ideally maybe a part-time course if work is necessary.
Also, if I had the opportunity and the money saved,
I would like to go outside of Chile, maybe in Spain. I have seen the Autonomous
University of Barcelona on the internet and it has 2 magister that I find
interesting. One of Advanced Research and Social Intervention that deals with
ethnic, class, gender or age inequalities and identities, in their multiple
manifestations in time and space. And another one of International Relations,
Security and Development where the advice, management, and development of tasks
in institutions, international organizations, and NGOs (Non-governmental
organization) are studied. It would be interesting to enter anthropological
currents and frameworks from other parts of the world.
I just hope that anthropology in the future
always has the space it deserves.

My bro, learning is always good for the mind, dele cotele
